1. POLÍTICA DE DEVOLUÇÃO DOS PAGAMENTOS

1.1 BrightBooks Sold on Platform

Purchased books may be returned within 15 days, with the exception of books downloaded offline that can not be returned.

1.2 Codes Sold on the Platform to Authors

BrightBooks authors or entities that wish to acquire vouchers - Bright4Business - to make them available to their users, must bear the costs associated with the acquisition of such vouchers during the content publishing phase, or acquisition made at the time posterior.
For a period of 30 days following the acquisition of the codes, BeBrightBook, Lda may return the amounts paid, through the same means of payment, provided that none of the codes available has already been used, and will make the cancellation of all purchased codes.
